Intelligent Network Grapher is a customer-focussed network management service which provides real-time status, bandwidth utilisation and response time measurements for managed wide area networks.

A Windows-based server utilises snmp to poll routers for bandwidth utilisation and standard ICMP ping requests to determine round-trip delay from the server.

The ING server has an inbuilt firewall, and statistics are presented directly to customers in web format via its own internal web server.

The server sits directly on a customer’s network usually located within a customer’s main computer centre.
